CADdrive now supports the incremental loading of CAD models. Incremental loading means that the models are loaded component by component. As soon as the data for a component has finished loading, the component is placed in the correct position in the room and displayed. In this way, the entire model is gradually built up and the user can follow the loading process live.

Incremental loading significantly increases the user-friendliness of our platform. Previously, it could take a very long time for larger models to appear on the screen. In addition, the browser tab froze more often because loading components is a complex computing operation that has to run in the main thread of the web application. Those days are over now! 🎉
